We take a holistic approach to mental health by first recommending therapy over medication. We know the power of mental health therapy for increasing your well-being. We understand you may be feeling anxious about therapy or medication. We are focused on trying therapy and holistic approaches first. However, where there is a need for medication, we are prepared to make medication referrals or prescribe medication.

We offer all types of online mental health therapy in all age groups (children, teens, and adults). Honor First offers virtual individual, group, family, and marital therapy. Each therapist has a unique approach. Clients can make requests for specific therapists to fit their needs. We provide therapy for all mental health disorders. Many people who see an Honor First mental health provider have never see a therapist before or been diagnosed.

We have over 75 mental health professionals

We have over 75 mental health professionals, including Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) and Clinical Therapists. We also have Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioners (PMHNP) that can provide therapy as well as prescribe and monitor medication.
